TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Program description. We send two categories of message. Marketing messages include new property listing alerts matching criteria you selected, open house announcements, home valuation updates for a property you asked us to value, neighborhood market reports, and invitations to client events we host. Non-marketing messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, transaction and escrow status updates, document and signature reminders, and direct replies to inquiries you initiate.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service, and is not required to submit any form on this site. Separate consent is collected for marketing and non-marketing messages, and you may consent to one, both, or neither.

Message frequency. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
